Drinking coffee has been maligned for the longest time. Remember being told it will elevate your blood pressure? That coffee caused that ulcer? Or would lead to palpitations? Gratefully, research over the last 10-15 years paints another picture. From living longer to decreased risk of Type II diabetes the benefits of coffee consumption are pretty clear. If you don’t drink coffee, no need to start as there are plenty of other ways to improve your health. But if you drink coffee regularly….relax and enjoy another black cup!
