Yep….we’ve all heard it before….LOTS OF TIMES…”Exercise is good for you”! But recent research adds dramatic twists to this old theme.  Recent research shows even small amount of movement contribute to significant improvement is reducing the risk of dying from any cause!  Also of significant note is something called our “physiologic age“….meaning how functional and able to move we are…is far more predictive of how much time we’ll live rather than our actual age!!  Amazing!  We’ll explore this “moving” subject completely in today’s broadcast!
