For years….no, decades….we’ve been told that coffee is not healthy thing to drink. If you choose to drink it, we heard, significantly limit how much you imbibe. Well, the research in the last five to ten years truly calls that into question. We have pretty strong evidence linking coffee consumption to reductions in Type II diabetes, cardiovascular disease, stroke, neurologic disorders, memory loss and more. Given the body of evidence that’s mounting….coffee is no longer something we need to feel guilty about….with a few exceptions. We’ll explore this pretty thoroughly in today’s broadcast!
