Remember the period of time there were cries, “Fat is bad for you.”?  Apparently we needed low fat everything.  Gratefully, those voices have ebbed and the research has pointed out very different facts about fats, in general, and Omega 3 fatty acids in particular.  The Omega 3 Index…a blood measure of amount in our bodies…is dangerously low in the US. Why is that important for you?  Omega 3s have abundant benefits in our bodies on so many levels.  They decrease inflammation, maintain memory and brain function, reduce the risk of several cancers, improve ADD/ADHD symptoms and so very much more.  Let’s jump right in in today’s broadcast!
