There’s just no way around it….exercise and movement are a must. That old expression “move it or lose it” couldn’t be more accurate. But we absolutely were built to move and move regularly. It really doesn’t matter the disease…dementia, immune disorders, depression, cancer, diabetes, osteoporosis and more….if we exercise BEFORE we ever develop one of these disorders we may readily prevent it. And if we move after a diagnosis with one, movement and exercise will improve it. Amazing! So a choice not to move is ultimately a choice to be sick. They are rather harsh words but nonetheless true!
