Water….Not Just Refreshing…Essential!

Water is absolutely essential and vital to our well-being…from carrying oxygen throughout our bodies to detoxifying and cleansing and formation of hormones and neurotransmitters in the brain!  There is literally nothing that happens in our bodies without the engagement of water.  So lots of clean, pure water is critical if want to be healthful and feel great. You can live nearly two months without food….but only l several days without water.  Let’s figure this out in the broadcast today!
